These terms cover the public website and marketing update programs of Trusted Financial Services (TFS), based in Fort Worth, Texas. Contact [email protected] with questions.

Website information and services

Website information is general and educational. Individual tax advice depends on your circumstances and an agreed service engagement. A contact inquiry or VIP registration does not establish a tax preparation engagement, authorize filing, or reserve an appointment. Service scope, fees, intake requirements, and required approvals are provided separately.

MISSION: REFUND VIP access

VIP registration is free and provides early appointment announcements, first access to available booking slots, a complimentary checklist, and early giveaway announcements through your chosen communication channels. Appointment availability varies. Joining does not guarantee an appointment, refund, refund amount, or prize.

SMS messaging program

Trusted Financial Services offers optional marketing text updates about tax-season announcements, available appointment booking, resources, promotions, and giveaway announcements. Messages begin only after the program is approved and you have opted in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received. Contact your wireless provider for plan details.

Consent and opting out

You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in the Trusted Financial Services SMS program.

Consent to marketing messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Providing your phone number does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts.

To cancel SMS updates, reply STOP to a message from our program. A confirmation message may be sent, after which further program texts will stop. To rejoin, sign up again and provide your consent. For assistance, reply HELP or email [email protected]. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on carrier networks and your device and service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use website and marketing information, including mobile information and consent records. Review it before submitting your information.

Giveaways and promotions

Each giveaway will have separate official rules stating eligibility, entry methods, dates, prize details, and any limitations. No tax-service purchase is required to enter a giveaway. VIP signup alone does not constitute an entry unless the applicable official rules explicitly provide that entry method.

Accuracy and secure communication

Please provide accurate contact information and only a phone number you are authorized to use. Keep tax documents, SSNs, identification documents, and bank information out of public forms, text messages, and general email. Your preparer will provide secure intake instructions.
